How to Return

- We provide return instructions within 1-2 business days
- Ship the product back in original packaging
Refunds
Refunds processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed or cut flooring
- Sample kits and displays
- Items damaged through improper use
Damaged Products
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or fully refund at no cost.
